Alpue started building custom AI agents. Clients kept asking for the things around them, the integration, the data underneath, someone to run it, so we stopped pretending that was a distraction and made it the business.
What we believe
Software is only useful where the work happens
The failure mode in our industry is not bad code. It is technically correct work delivered into an organisation that cannot absorb it, the pilot nobody rolled out, the dashboard nobody opens, the integration that works until the ERP is upgraded and then quietly stops.
So we do the unglamorous half too: connecting to the accounting package that a Slovak company actually runs, documenting it for the person who inherits it, and being reachable when it breaks at month-end.
That is also why we sell by the hour and the month rather than by the seat. We are paid to make ourselves replaceable and then be kept anyway.

One legal entity, one contract, one invoice, wherever the engineers sit. All three offices are in the same time zone, so there is no overnight handover and no waiting a day for an answer.
