Careers

No open roles. Write to us anyway.

We are not running a numbered list of vacancies. We hire when we meet someone good, which means an open application here is read properly rather than filtered against a requisition.

What it is like

Four things that are true here

Client work, not a feature factory

You will talk to the people who use what you build. That is harder than being handed tickets, and it is the reason the work is interesting.

Small teams, whole problems

Two to four people own a project end to end: architecture, build, deploy, and the phone call when it breaks. Nobody here writes a spec for someone else to implement.

Seniority means judgement

We would rather someone said a project is a bad idea in week one than delivered it perfectly in month six. Being right late is not worth much.

Hours are for clients, not for show

We bill by the hour, so we count them honestly. That cuts both ways: we do not expect you to sit at a desk performing work you have finished.

How we hire

Five steps, and we pay for the trial

No unpaid take-home projects and no whiteboard algorithm rounds. If we ask you to do real work, we pay for it.

01

You write to us

The form below. A CV link is fine; so is a repository, or three paragraphs about something you built.

02

We reply

Within a week, either way. A no is a no, not silence.

03

Conversation

An hour with the people you would work with. Mutual, so you should be interviewing us too.

04

Paid trial task

A small, real, scoped piece of work. We pay for your time. No unpaid take-homes, no whiteboard algorithms.

05

Offer

Salary band and expectations in writing, with the reasoning behind the number.
