Careers

A few open roles, and always room for good people.

A few roles we are actively hiring for are below. If none of them is you but you are good, the open application at the bottom is read just as carefully.

Open roles

What we are hiring for

Four roles at the moment, across engineering, sales and go-to-market. Applying to one takes you to the form below with the role already filled in.

Engineering

Bratislava, Prague, or remote in the EU · Full-time

Senior software engineer

Own client projects end to end, from the first conversation to the system running in production.

You will be one of two to four people on a project, not a ticket-taker on a large team. That means you talk to the client, make the architectural calls, ship it, and answer the phone when it breaks. Most of our work is TypeScript and Node with Postgres, deployed to a mix of Firebase and our own Linux boxes, but we care more about judgement than about any particular stack.

What you would do

  • Take a vaguely described business problem and turn it into something that runs
  • Integrate with the accounting and ERP systems Central European companies actually use
  • Decide what not to build, and say so early
  • Keep what you ship alive: monitoring, the occasional 9am incident, the honest post-mortem

What we are after

  • Five or more years writing software people depend on
  • Comfortable owning a piece of work rather than waiting to be told the next step
  • Able to write to a client in plain language, not only to a compiler
  • Fine with either English or Slovak/Czech day to day

Engineering

Bratislava or remote in the EU · Full-time

Integrations engineer

Make systems that were never meant to talk to each other do exactly that, reliably.

This is our strongest line of work and the one that turns into long relationships. ERP to e-shop to accounting, document intake, e-invoicing and Peppol, iPaaS flows that hold up when a vendor changes an API without warning. Our invoice-to-Pohoda pipeline is the kind of thing you would own.

What you would do

  • Build and maintain sync between Pohoda, Money S3, Kros, Helios, ABRA, SAP Business One and the web
  • Design for the day the upstream API changes, because it will
  • Turn a finance team’s manual re-typing into something that just happens
  • Own e-invoicing and Peppol work against real regulatory deadlines

What we are after

  • Experienced with APIs, webhooks, queues and the unglamorous reliability details
  • Unbothered by other people’s data formats, XML included
  • Methodical about error handling, retries and idempotency
  • Bonus: you have met a Central European accounting system before

Sales

Amsterdam or Bratislava · Full-time

Account executive

Turn a first conversation into a signed engagement, honestly, without a script.

We sell technical work to people who can tell when they are being sold to. Your job is to listen well enough to know whether we are the right people for a problem, say so when we are not, and close the ones where we are. You will work closely with the engineers who deliver, so what you promise and what we build are the same thing.

What you would do

  • Run discovery calls and scope real problems with prospects
  • Write proposals that an engineer would not wince at
  • Manage a pipeline without turning it into theatre
  • Say no to work that is a bad fit, and mean it

What we are after

  • Experienced selling services or software to businesses, ideally technical ones
  • Credible in a room with a CTO as easily as with a founder
  • Honest by default, because our clients stay for years and notice
  • English essential; Slovak, Czech or Dutch a real advantage

Go-to-market

Remote in the EU · Full-time or contract

GTM engineer

Build the systems that find us the right clients, at the intersection of code and growth.

Half engineer, half growth. You will build and run the pipeline that surfaces companies who need what we do, from public signals rather than bought lists: tender feeds, hiring signals, technical audits of public sites, and outreach that is personalised because software did the research, not because a human faked it. If you have opinions about deliverability, enrichment and not burning a domain, we want them.

What you would do

  • Build data pipelines that turn public signals into a scored list of prospects
  • Automate the boring 90% of outreach and leave the judgement to a person
  • Instrument everything, so we know which channels actually pay
  • Keep it all lawful and welcome: no scraping that gets us blocked, no cold volume that burns a domain

What we are after

  • A capable engineer who thinks in funnels as readily as in functions
  • Fluent with APIs, scraping within limits, and a database
  • Skeptical of growth-hacking theatre and drawn to what is measurable
  • Comfortable owning a number, not just shipping features

What it is like

Four things that are true here

Client work, not a feature factory

You will talk to the people who use what you build. That is harder than being handed tickets, and it is the reason the work is interesting.

Small teams, whole problems

Two to four people own a project end to end: architecture, build, deploy, and the phone call when it breaks. Nobody here writes a spec for someone else to implement.

Seniority means judgement

We would rather someone said a project is a bad idea in week one than delivered it perfectly in month six. Being right late is not worth much.

Hours are for clients, not for show

We bill by the hour, so we count them honestly. That cuts both ways: we do not expect you to sit at a desk performing work you have finished.

How we hire

Five steps, and we pay for the trial

No unpaid take-home projects and no whiteboard algorithm rounds. If we ask you to do real work, we pay for it.

01

You write to us

The form below. A CV link is fine; so is a repository, or three paragraphs about something you built.

02

We reply

Within a week, either way. A no is a no, not silence.

03

Conversation

An hour with the people you would work with. Mutual, so you should be interviewing us too.

04

Paid trial task

A small, real, scoped piece of work. We pay for your time. No unpaid take-homes, no whiteboard algorithms.

05

Offer

Salary band and expectations in writing, with the reasoning behind the number.
